How do I book a service?

What types of properties do you service?
Commercial buildings, offices, retail, strata, warehouses, rental properties and residential homes across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
Do you offer recurring cleaning or maintenance plans?
Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, seasonal, or fully custom schedules. We build the plan around your property and budget, and you can adjust it anytime.
How fast will I get my quote?
Most quotes go out within 1–2 business days — often same day. You'll get a full written scope with itemized pricing and GST broken out, so there are no surprises.
How do I pay my invoice?
Through our secure online Payment Portal — view invoices, check your balance and history, and pay from any phone or computer in seconds. No app needed.
How does the referral program work?
Refer a friend or business, they name you when booking, and after their first completed service you BOTH earn a service credit — $25 to $150 each depending on the job size and your status. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem — just give us at least 24 hours' notice by phone, text, or email and we'll rebook you at no charge.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes — our crews arrive with professional-grade equipment and products that are safe for your family, staff, tenants and pets. Eco/green product options are available on request.
Should I add photos to my booking?
If you can, yes — a couple of quick photos of the area or job help us quote faster and more accurately. It's optional and takes 10 seconds during booking.
